To use Axolotl Bot, you must have a valid Discord account. Your use of Discord is subject to Discord's own Terms of Service.

4.2 Minecraft Information

By using our Minecraft-related features, you consent to our bot storing your Minecraft username, UUID, skin information, and other related data as described in our Privacy Policy.

4.3 Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal data. We will only collect and use your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Bot Ownership

Axolotl Bot, including its software, design, and all intellectual property rights, is owned by us or our licensors.

5.2 User-Generated Content

Users retain the rights to the images they generate using our bot. However, by using our service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the generated images for the purpose of improving our services and displaying them on our website.

Refunds for subscription services are handled officially by Discord. All refund requests and related inquiries should be directed to Discord's support channels. We do not have control over the refund process and cannot issue refunds directly.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our bot.
